Prof Lere Baale BPharm, MBA, DBA. FPSN, FPCPharm, FNAPharm, He is an advocate of raising inspiring, resilient, agile transformational leadership to close the bridges between academics, policies and practices while taking action amid challenges to achieve results, connecting the head, heart and hands to build a legacy of IMPACT: Inspiration, Meaning, Passion, Action, Character, and Transformation. Has business transformation experience in leading world-class global firms, including – Pfizer across African Countries & France, CMOE-USA, MAG and Business School Netherlands. At Pfizer, he served as Executive Regional Director, redesigning, transforming and rebuilding Pfizer afresh from ground zero in Nigeria in 1997 to cover 32 African countries within seven years. A Professor of Agile Organization Transformation with several publications and a fellow of ten professional groups with rich experience serving on the boards of various organizations in the public and private sectors. He is married to an Inspiring Destiny Helper, God’s Masterpiece, and childhood friend – Ife.
