Fahad Mahmoud Usman is a Clinical Research Coordinator and a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP). Participated in Primary Prevention of Stroke in Children with SCD in Sub-Saharan Africa II: a double blind randomized Phase III Clinical Trial (SPIN & SPRING) as Research Coordinator. He is currently the Research Coordinator for Newborn Screening for Sickle Cell Disease & Under 7 Clinic Study (SCD Patients), GBT 440-032 HOPE Kids 2 Study, GBT 2104-131,132,133 & GBT 21601-021,022.
He has participated in both Institutional and Pharmaceutical researches. Graduated from Kano University of Science and Technology in 2010, obtained a certificate in Clinical Research Training (CRT) from Vanderbilt University (Nashville, Tennessee, USA) in 2017, Post Graduate Diploma in Health Economics (BUK) 2022 and currently undergoing Masters in Health Economics.
