Elaine started her clinical research career as a volunteer and later as a Research Nurse at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta GA. Within a year of working in the research space, she was hired as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at PRA International where she worked for 3 years. During those 3 years, she was promoted to a Sr. CRA and then a Clinical Trial Manager at PRA.
Because of her drive and passion to be a game changer, Elaine decided to focus on being an independent consultant so Innovative Clinical Research was founded in 2014. As an Independent consultant, Elaine continued to expand her portfolio as a Trial Master File (TMF) Specialist, Clinical Trial Leader and Project Manager. Throughout this clinical research journey, Elaine has recognized that she is extremely passionate about data integrity and strives to facilitate this process.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Morant Bay HS Alumni Association, Atlanta chapter and The New Season’s Youth Program
Elaine has expanded her portfolio by opening Pivotal Research Solutions, a clinical research site in Conyers, GA.
