Henry Akwaffo Onyame
Research Fellow, Drug Innovation Group
University of Ghana
An early-career researcher specializing in organic and medicinal chemistry, with a keen interest in the design and synthesis of bioactive molecules for therapeutic applications.
My work focuses on developing novel synthetic methodologies and exploring structure–activity relationships to advance drug discovery.
I hold a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Ghana, and have contributed to collaborative projects involving antimalarial agents and enzyme inhibitors. Passionate about translational science, I aim to bridge the gap between bench chemistry and clinical relevance.
