Within a year of working in the research space, she was hired as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at PRA International where she worked for 3 years. During those 3 years, she was promoted to a Sr. CRA and then a Clinical Trial Manager at PRA. <\/p>\n<p>Because of her drive and passion to be a game changer, Elaine decided to focus on being an independent consultant so Innovative Clinical Research was founded in 2014. As an Independent consultant, Elaine continued to expand her portfolio as a Trial Master File (TMF) Specialist, Clinical Trial Leader and Project Manager.
